All praise be to God, and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad). I welcome you O’ brothers to this blessed meeting.

I appreciate your efforts in serving your religion and homeland, and introducing the stances of your homeland, and defending its interests, and serving (our) citizens, and we look forward to further efforts…

O’ brothers, the challenges facing the Kingdom are no secret, and the developments on the international level, which could affect our interests, so we need to be more cautious and vigilant when explaining the Kingdom’s stances, and its concern for achieving peace and stability in the international community. We are determined to introduce the Kingdom’s approach, and its policies that are based on centrism, tolerance, and moderation, and its care for coexisting with nations, and renouncing violence and terrorism, and having friendly ties with neighbours.

Moreover, I stress to you to keep your hearts – before your doors – open before the citizens, and to serve their needs, take care of their affairs, and to remove possible obstacles before them.

Wishing you constant success, and peace be upon you and God’s mercy and blessings.
